These tablets appear to be the same thing .my pharmacy charged $8.10 for 30. My insurance doesn't pay for vitamins , so I did the math.

Good for maintaining folate levels
Folic Acid helps several of my medications and supplements absorb better. I discovered it a few years ago when I needed something to really absorb in my system.
