This product has been very helpful for me. It’s easy to take and convenient to carry with me. I take it when I’m going to eat foods that contain lactose, and it has made those meals much more comfortable for me. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
This works great and is very affordable.
Tablets work as expected however their strength is such that it takes me about 3 tablets vs. 2 of other brands. It is much easier and kinder on the environment to have the pills in one container vs. tearing apart a tin packet. On the other hand, I imagine that in high humidity environments these pills might get mushy much quicker then individually wrapped pills
